Background

Ella is a Master Reiki practitioner certified with both Usui Shiki Ryoho (Western-style Reiki) and Usui Reiki Ryoho (Eastern-Style Reiki) lineage.

Ella came to Reiki wanting to broaden her career in teaching mindfulness to children, being a mother of three and knowing how highly receptive to receiving energy healing children are. After feeling the powerful benefits for herself and her family personally she wanted to further her knowledge and go on to help heal others.

She began her reiki journey at the Reiki Academy London over a year ago.

Ella is a lead volunteer at the local community drop in centre helping refugees and asylum seekers. In her time out she will be found either on her yoga mat, cooking, swimming or out in nature with her three children!
